By booking an appointment, we would take you data regarding your phone number, email address, and name to use the data to send you SMS or message regarding offers and promotions. Any Special request or medical condition must be communicated at the time of appointment.
At Say Cheez! Salon, we reserve the right to refuse the customer if it is necessary for safety or operational reasons. If there is any request that we cannot accomodate then our team will inform you prior, you visit our salon.
No money shall be refunded for services rendered. Do let us know though if you’re not satisfied with the service, we give you in order that we may deal with your problem or provide an alternative where possible.
Transfer of gift cards, vouchers and coupons is not allowed, and they must be used within the duration that it talks about. One cannot exchange them for money or use them for other promotions.
